Currency and crypto exchange — at the Benghazi desk and online
Send from your wallet, receive to your wallet. Nothing stops here on the way.
Bring cash to the desk and leave with the coin you chose. Or the other way round.
Neither client funds nor keys.
Created it, took the cash, sent the crypto — different people.
Entries cannot be edited or deleted.
Held, refunded and underpaid included.
Individual terms, recurring settlements, KYB procedure
Not for an online exchange below the threshold — the deal lives on a private status link. A desk request needs an account, because the operation has to belong to someone when you arrive with cash.
An ID — and only above a policy threshold. The request form warns you in advance when the amount crosses it.
What you see while typing is an estimate. The rate is fixed when the request is confirmed and holds for a limited time shown on the screen; after it expires, recalculating needs your explicit consent.
In two legs. The desk exchanges your cash for USDT, then the online leg exchanges that USDT for the coin you chose and sends it to your address. You see both legs and their states on one screen. Coin to cash is the same road backwards.
The address is checked against the chosen network before the request is created. If a transfer still arrives on the wrong network, the operation stops for manual review; funds sent to an incompatible network can be unrecoverable.
